Registration Process
Esports & video gaming club players will register and be vetted via an Affiliate-led verification system like their current grass-playing contemporaries. You can find the link to sign up by clicking the registration link. MUST be a resident in our state and be within the required age range.
The GYO platform is COPPA Compliant and Safe Harbor-certified. Parents are welcome to register and connect their account to the child's account, but are required to create a parental account for those under the age of 13 due to COPPA.
IMPORTANT: An email with instructions on how to join the platform for the gamer club will be sent out to parent/player. Please keep an eye out for a "Gamer Club Next Steps" email. Email might go to your spam/junk folder so check there as well.

The Video Gaming Club is divided into seasonal seasons in order to change up the game titles and events. Listed are the dates for each season. Members can purchase seasonal or an annual Video Gaming Club Battle Passes.
- Winter Season Dates: January 11th-March 7th
- Spring Season Dates: March 8th-June 13th
- Summer Season Dates: June 14st-September 12th
- Fall Season Dates: September 13th-December 14th
The Video Gaming Club's membership passes include access to many prizes and rewards for participants based both on participation levels and skill-based competition merit.
